Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Rakhi is absolutely fantastic! Be it waxing, facials, body massage she always delivers consistent results worth every penny. Her threading technique is so smooth, painless, and incredibly precise. The parlour is clean, welcoming, and Rakhi makes the whole experience so soothing. On top of this she also shared incredible home remedies for good hair and skin. I’m glad I found her. I Highly recommend her services!

I highly recommend Treat Hair and Beauty in Coventry and specifically Natasha for anyone looking to get a perm and haircut for their son. I went in with my son for a short back and side skin fade and was blown away by how great of a job Natasha did. The end result was even better than what I had expected and my son walked out feeling so confident. The salon itself has a great atmosphere, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, a fantastic expericence and we will definietly be returning in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent service, very clean space. Rakhi is very professional and friendly. Booked me in into very short notice. I had a great full body massage + Indian head massage. I also had some waxing and threading done and I'm very happy with Rakhi's attention to detail. I will definitely be back and will bring friends and family to her. Thank you

I had an incredible experience attending Resian’s brow masterclass, which focused on HD stain and waxing. From day one, she was attentive to my specific needs and requirements. As I had already completed two brow courses, she thoughtfully adapted the training to focus on my weaker areas. She even took the time to review videos of my work, as well as before-and-after photos of my clients, so she could fully understand my level and where I needed to improve. . She’s genuinely so lovely and incredibly knowledgeable. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced beautician, I’d recommend Resian! X

I had the most incredible Glass Facial experience and I’m still glowing! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and so relaxing. I immediately felt at ease. The treatment itself was absolutely amazing. Every step was explained with such depth and care — the level of skin knowledge was impressive. My skin feels tighter, beautifully plumped, and intensely hydrated. It has that smooth, luminous “glass skin” glow I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. If you’re thinking about booking — do it. I had a back, neck & shoulder massage today and wow it was incredible. Made to feel at home the minute I walked in, a lovely, relaxing setting and the treatment was amazing. So relaxing and got real value for money. Some places give you a treatment time and alot of it’s spent consulting and filling out forms. This was a full hour of treatment, will definitely be booking again.

First Hollywood wax with Resian and I cannot recommend her enough. As always, it’s a little daunting going to someone new for such an intimate service but her professionalism really shone and her friendliness put me at ease immediately. Felt like I was just chatting to a friend whilst she carried out the service, which she did an amazing job of. Less painful than previous Hollywood waxes I’ve had too!
