She took on board my issues and adapted my massage to my needs... I was glad i went to my appointment as the heat from the stones combined with the heat from the couch was so good 🤗

I had a Swedish massage with Zoe today and it was absolutely amazing! I typically go for the Hot Stone massage, but wanted to switch it up - and I’m so glad I did. I was a bit nervous about how a two-year-old would handle it, but the atmosphere was so calm and inviting that she stayed completely relaxed the entire time. This was largely thanks to Louisa, who was incredibly warm, lovely, and professional. Her gentle approach put us both at ease immediately. I cannot recommend Ilubeauty enough for parents looking for an stress-free haircutting experience.

I had such a lovely experience with Madison for my facial. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable. She was really knowledgeable about my skin and took the time to tailor the treatment to what I needed. The facial itself was amazing so soothing and refreshing and my skin felt incredibly clean, hydrated, and glowing afterwards.
