First time having a hot stone massage and I highly recommend! I usually go for a Swedish massage but with a lot of tight muscles, the hot stone massage was the perfect treatment. I always leave relaxed and feeling 100%. Thank you ☺️

Had my first Japanese spa with lucy and I didn’t know want to expect but my god I could lay there all day and let lucy do that! She talked through what she was going to do and it was super relaxing. My hair has never felt so clean and soft. Still 2 days later it is shining and feels weightless! The arm and hand massage is lovely bonus. Well done Ellen and the team for constantly ensuring they are on top with the needs of there clients!! One stop shop!

I’m a client of both Nicola and Michelle’s. I love coming into the salon, the ladies are both so friendly and there’s always such a calming and welcoming atmosphere. Nicola does my hair beautifully every time, I’m never disappointed. Michelle does the best hot stone massage I’ve ever had (I’ve had a lot)!! I also get my brows laminated with Michelle and I absolutely love them, they last ages too! I couldn’t recommend this salon enough - it’s the best and I’m so glad I found them 💓 xxx

As always Zhara is incredible. Will never let anyone touch my brows or do a facial now on me now, unless it is her. Makes it personal. This is time I had an added extra with back massage, and she managed to distress me almost instantly. If you go anywhere else, your a fool! 😁

I had the reset and glow facial this afternoon with Clare and I cannot recommend Clare and the treatment enough! I received a voucher for Ro Skin for my birthday I haven’t been before and don’t often get a facial so was a lovely treat. Clare was so welcoming, friendly and very knowledgable. The room was cosy, warm and so relaxing. Whilst the face mask was on Clare gave a neck, shoulder arm and hand massage which I was not expecting but was amazing! I will definitely be booking in for another facial in the future and a regular massage. Thank you so much. Danielle x

Always happy with the end result. I had retained these Lashes for at least 3 weeks and they still looked good. The infill did not take take time and Zarah is always gentle and careful to make sure youre happy with your look. I also added a relaxing treat to a full body massage. My body felt more relaxed after my treat. And how can I forget the good laugh. Live long Zarah. You make self care desirable and fun.

Michelle has a fantastic massage technique. This was the first time I've tried a hot stone massage...it was amazing. I was really floating as I left afterwards. Wish I could have one every day. I have already booked for a full body in a couple of weeks....counting the minutes!

Had a great experience. Lucy explained all the steps clearly for my highlights. She was chatty & polite. Really pleased with my colour, cut & waves. Loved the massage chair too!

The moment I walked in, it felt like I stepped into a spa—the lovely smell and those awesome massage chairs made my hair washing experience so relaxing! I really felt pampered. Millie, the stylist, was super professional and did an amazing job with my haircut. I will definitely come back and get my hair done here again!
