I had a facial and lash lift and tint today with Gina, and I couldn't be more happy with the results! It was my first time having either, Gina talked me through the whole process and made sure I was happy and comfortable throughout! I think I need a treatment here every week. Charlotte is so lovely and attentive. She guides you through what you need and makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. The Japanese head spa was utterly incredible. From the products, to the massage, to the music, lighting and ambience. It was all a perfect recipe for an indulgent and relaxing experience. Cannot recommend the Japanese head spa treatment enough. It was dreamy and tantalising all wrapped up in a bundle of bliss! Thank you so much Charlotte. Just what a busy mum needed! I’ve gone for two separate treatments over the week - lash lift and eyebrow wax and illumi facial. Both women are really good at what they do, the waxing is so gentle and the lash lift very effective. Daniela really knows what she’s doing when it comes to face peels and laser, and ensured the treatment was safe above all else.
