30 minute reflexology treatment with Francesca which I always enjoy, as a regular client. Followed by a hot stone body massage.’Rachel always hits the problems that need working on . She is so calm and an excellent therapist. I love coming here . Warm welcome from Shanie . I have to be honest that after spending £100 on treatments it was disappointing to be hearing maintenance men drilling and hammering throughout my 90 minutes , in the spirit leisure club right next to the treatment room .

I had such a lovely experience with Elena! She is incredibly kind, patient and professional. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect, and the lashes turned out absolutely beautiful — exactly what I wanted. The space is clean, relaxing and very welcoming. You can really tell she cares about her work and her clients. Highly recommend, I will definitely be coming back! 💖

Hot Stone treatment with Michelle during my brief stay at Guildford Holiday Inn. Michelle adapted the 75 minute HS Massage session to address particular areas of discomfort which she expertly identified without my even having to tell her. Michelle's holistic approach was augmented by elements of other, very appropriate, healing methods as she is clearly highly skilled in many treatment fields. The end result was way beyond what I had expected - I left the session in so much less pain, deeply relaxed and completely satisfied. A very different approach to that I receive weekly in Prague

Rachael is amazing Therapist. I had a hot stone massage. I felt relax and at the same time rejuvenated after the treatment.

I felt in desperate need of a refurb, so I booked in for an energy massage. I met my therapist, Bev, who explained it was a mix of traditional massage and prana healing techniques. The back, neck and shoulder massage was great! Lovely flowing moves and warm oil, very relaxing. When Bev started with the prana work I just drifted away, completely gone and I had to be woken up at the end! Bev explained how to care for myself the rest of the day and I feel fabulous. I can highly recommend Bev’s work, and the care from owner Katie and Rebecca on reception was lovely too. Go there!

I treated myself and my daughter to pre birthday treats at Natural Light, and we couldn’t have got better care and treatment. On arrival we received a very warm welcome and given clear instruction on what we needed to do and where to leave our things etc. The treatments were amazing, I totally recommend Lou and Rachel, the treatment room was warm and smelt amazing, had a very Buddha, hippie theme, totally my thing, we are definitely going back! Thank you ladies :-))

I had the most incredible one hour hot stone massage with Michelle . She included hands , feet and a little head massage too which so oftencan be overlooked in a full body treatment Simply divine . I would highly recommend her & will certainly be returning for more treatments.

Previously been before . The team are very welcoming and this time I had the full body massage with Rachel . The massage bed was very warm and spotlessly clean. My massage incorporated reflexology , shoulder back neck and leg massage. Usually I talk all the way through but I felt so relaxed and in good hands that I just zoned out . I would thoroughly recommend this spa and they are very lucky to have Rachel.
