Amazing treatments today! Booked at very short notice, having never been to Cassie before. I was so pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful, cosy set up and a knowledgeable therapist! I had the hot stone massage and Indian head - they were both fabulous. The hot stone back massage actually focused on solving my knots and aches rather than a pleasant tickle of a massage and the head massage was so relaxing I almost dropped off twice! A very lucky find, I will be back for sure ♡

The most incredible hot stone massage. The treatment felt completely bespoke, and Karen intuitively knew exactly where to focus. Her techniques were amazing, and I could feel how skilled she is throughout. I know I dozed off at one point, but it was that perfect kind of sleep where I was still in tune with the massage, not completely zonked out. Today, I visited Cassie at Glow & Bare for my first-ever hot stone full-body massage, and I must say, it was the best massage I’ve ever had. I have just had the most relaxing tranquil 90 minutes with Anna. I opted for the warm oil massage with three add-ons. The hot stones and warm towels were amazingly relaxing and I loved the meditation - today was just what I needed. I loved all the light calming massage which was really nurturing and comforting. I will definitely be back as often as I can.

Michelle 's hot stone massage exceeded my expectations. Using not only the stones but her hands also, the rhythmical smooth action really penetrated deep into my muscles. The tension and knots in my back and neck were eased. The whole treatment left me with a deep sense of relaxation. It warmed my whole body and improved my circulation.

Michelle catered for my sore , Sprained ankle and made sure I was warm and comfortable throughout. The treatment was very relaxing and the pressure applied was perfect for me . I have been yawning since as I am so relaxed . I will be back very soon and I would highly recommend. Very reasonable price too for the service I got . I have paid more elsewhere for treatments not anywhere near as good as this !
