I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for effective pain relief. I’m 4 months pregnant and was experiencing muscle pain and leg cramps. Lobsang treated me with a one-hour massage, taking the time to explain each step, how it related to my pain, and always being incredibly gentle and attentive. I felt immediate relief after the session, and my pain was gone. I feel so much better now, thank you so much. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Leanne, you are amazing. I loved my visit this afternoon! I had a facial plus an eyebrow tint and wax, and everything was spot on. The facial was super relaxing and my skin felt amazing afterwards. Lonsang took the time to listen and understand what my body needed. His massage technique was a mix of pressure point release and remedial massage which was exactly what my body needed to release. The next day I felt light and aligned, no pulling or niggles throughout my back, which was heaven !
