I had the nicest experience at this salon. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely sweet I felt comfortable and taken care of from the moment I walked in. Lalie did my hair and she is truly amazing. She’s talented, gentle, and really listens. My hair turned out beautiful, and I left feeling so happy and confident. I had my first Brazilian wax with Komal and she was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in, explained everything clearly, and was very professional throughout the whole process. I was honestly nervous since it was my first time, but her technique was gentle and efficient, and she kept checking in to make sure I was okay. The experience was much better than I expected thanks to her! Highly recommend Komal if you’re thinking about getting a wax especially for first-timers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was my first visit to Flourish Beauty Lounge & Spa, and I honestly loved the experience. I did a BB Cream hair treatment with Nathaline, who was kind, patient, and very professional. She really understood my hair type, and the cozy, calming atmosphere of the salon made it even better. My hair looks healthier, less frizzy, and easy to style. I’ll definitely be back.

Even though I arrived late, she still took me in and did such a beautiful job. I really appreciated her kindness and professionalism. Roshika Pakhrin did my pedicure and it was so relaxing. She did everything carefully and made sure the results were clean and neat. Overall, I’m really happy with the service and will definitely come back!
