My first experience with breath work! I really didnt know what to expect, I am always a little intimidated by new things and groups. Thoroughly enjoyed this experience. I'm relatively new to breathwork and this was perfect for me. For me this was a total reset I noticed had bags of energy afterwards. If your curious about this kind of practice or you just need a boost I can definitely recommend.
