Thank you so much Rach that was so so good, it was honestly the best massage I think I've ever had! Already mentioned a few things but for here it was how it didn't feel like it followed a pre-determined plan but instead organically addressed certain tight areas and gently but firmly ironed them out. I've been seeing Rach for years for her amazing massages and more recently reiki ❤️. Today I had a TMJ session post massage. Rach as always was gentle and reassuring, explaining everything prior to treatment. I've had longstanding issues with jaw clenching, cheek biting, grinding and migraines. Straight away I noticed a real release of tension in my jaw afterward and since treatment. My jaw feels looser, no clicking and no longer sore. Rach made me feel completely at ease, and I'd recommend her to anyone struggling with jaw tightness or TMJ discomfort. She's the Best! ❤️

Another amazing massage from Rachel. This time I was lucky for my appointment to aline with Rachel’s new treatment TMJ release. My jaw had been so tense for weeks. Along with headaches and neck stiffness. I felt an instance ease of tension. With a lot more movement in my jaw. Highly recommended.

Today I had the hot stone massage and it was honestly amazing. From the start, everything felt really calm and relaxing, and the warm stones just melted all my stress away. The pressure was perfect and I could feel all the tension leaving my body. I came out feeling completely refreshed and so much more relaxed than before. Rachel is amazing! X
