Another amazing massage from Rachel. This time I was lucky for my appointment to aline with Rachel’s new treatment TMJ release. My jaw had been so tense for weeks. Along with headaches and neck stiffness. I felt an instance ease of tension. With a lot more movement in my jaw. Highly recommended.

Amazing as always! 🥰 I arrived feeling tired and in a low mood from the build up of work and other life stresses. I opted for a full body massage which was wonderful!
