This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

I’ve visited several lash specialists in Cape Town, but Lauren’s work is truly exceptional. My lash lift lasts far longer than any I’ve had before, and the result is consistently flawless. Her brow lamination has completely transformed my fine brows. Thank you Lauren!

I highly recommend Zavana for anyone looking for a top-tier sports massage in Cape Town. Zavana was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, she immediately identified my tight spots and I left feeling ‘lighter’ and had instant relief. I had an amazing experience at Original Wellness Spa and couldn’t recommend them more! The spa is spotless, calming, and has such a professional yet welcoming atmosphere. Rue was absolutely fantastic! she was incredibly thorough throughout my waxing appointments, explained everything, and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. Her warm personality and sense of humor instantly put me at ease, making what can sometimes be an awkward appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning!

Honestly this was probably the best deep tissue massage I ever received, and I have recieved many (around the world actually since I have taken this year to travel). Esnarth is a tiny woman, but man does she have some strength! I suffer from achey muscles especially my calves that just become stone. I was in quite a lot of pain when I came in. And she loosened my muscles, abating the pain. If i was a Cape town local I would be making an appointment every week. Alas I am only here for 1 month, but I think I will go in again on my last day.
