My appointment with Kelly was for a leg and bikini wax. However, I was feeling quite emotional and asked if she could do a back massage instead. Of course, Kelly was really lovely and said of course she could. It was absolutely what I needed and I felt a whole lot better afterwards. I can’t recommend the Hair and Beauty Gallery enough.

I've been visiting regularly for massages with Hannah (usually the pamper package) and always come out feeling very relaxed & stress-free. Hannah is lovely to talk to & tailors the experience to cater for any specific needs/requests. Can't recommend her highly enough!

Amazing! So worth a visit, the staff at Balm were really helpful, and Emma is a great therapist too. She was super helpful when I had an awkward pain in the rib owing to my pregnancy and she helped me to get comfortable in a supported position with cushions so I could still enjoy a massage. I haven't been that level of relaxed in a long time, it was just what I need. Highly recommend.
