What an incredible experience! I did the massage chair, infrared sauna, and float session — and each part felt like a step deeper into total relaxation. The massage chair was surprisingly powerful and helped loosen all the tension in my back. The infrared sauna felt warm and healing, without being overwhelming. And the float session… pure peace. It was like pressing pause on the world. The space is spotless and calming, and the staff are genuinely kind and welcoming. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply relaxed. Mederi is one of those magic places that welcomes you with open arms. I have been twice now and both times I had a fantastic experience. The first time I had a float and a massage in the massage chair - which was amazing. The second time I had a session with Hannah, the breath work was life changing and revealing and wonderful all at once. I have booked to go back and I suggest you do too.

Honestly the best massage! Mr ice just knew every point that needed focusing on. Really firm pressure which I love. The way he actually spent time on my tension points and I felt the muscles soften then he moved on! Got so many clicks out my back and hips too. I came away feeling lighter! As a therapist myself you just know when somone puts there all into a session, he genuinely worked hard and focused that hour 20 on my needs. Defo needs a pay rise aha! Thank you mr ice!!

My husband got me the silver spa package for Mother’s Day. I booked the De-Stress (Back, Neck, Shoulders, and Foot Massage) 55min with Ms Joy Really nice massage, the pressure was good, and it had a bit of stretching. I left feeling relaxed and my body not as sore and stiff when I came in. I have already booked my next one.

I booked this last minute as I’ve been feeling really achy and tight in my muscles. I’ve never been to this spa before and was really unsure about how the experience would be. I could not have had a better experience. From the receptionist to the masseuse, everyone was professional, warm and welcoming. The waiting area is beautiful and tranquil. I had a blissful 50 minutes of an oil massage that has relieved my body entirely. Special shout out to my masseuse who afterward also took a few minutes to advise what might work better in future for certain aches in my body. I can’t wait to go back.

Gifted as a Christmas Present, was able to choose the treatment & date online. I opted for back, shoulders & neck massage. Masseuse Ms.Ann was appointed to my treatment and she was thorough, making sure the pressure was good, going over knots I may have accumulated. The 50mins certainly seemed to have whizzed by.

I have visiting thy spa for a while now, its really nice place to release all tour tension. People with the lower back pain must visit have a nice massage with any of the therapists, all of them are well experienced. I personally recommend to have a visit there.

I had a massage and manicure the day before my wedding. The massage was amazing and even though I asked Rhian to focus on my back rather than full body, she also focused on the backs of my legs and feet which was a nice change to other massages I’ve had. The manicure was also great and she even arranged for me to be fitted in later that day when I’d smudged three of my nails for no extra charge. The treatment rooms are located in the Voco Oxford Thames Hotel which is a peaceful and welcoming setting, it’s perfect for hotel guests. Rhian was lovely and she made me feel really relaxed.

Trully relaxing. I had a float followed by a wonderful neck and back massage and finished with an infrared sauna. The staff are so friendly and skilled at what they do! I highly recommend giving Mederi Wellness a try!
