Considering I was late, due to an accident on the A34, Sophia made me feel so at ease and not stressed about it- thank you so much 😊! The treatment I had was a glass skin facial and wow. My skin feels absolutely amazing and so soft! She explained the process of the treatment which I found very comforting - highly recommend to anyone who’s thinking of getting a facial done 👍🏼. I had a massage and manicure the day before my wedding. The massage was amazing and even though I asked Rhian to focus on my back rather than full body, she also focused on the backs of my legs and feet which was a nice change to other massages I’ve had. The manicure was also great and she even arranged for me to be fitted in later that day when I’d smudged three of my nails for no extra charge. The treatment rooms are located in the Voco Oxford Thames Hotel which is a peaceful and welcoming setting, it’s perfect for hotel guests. Rhian was lovely and she made me feel really relaxed.
