Exceptional first visit to Jamie at NOVO Therapy. I was fortunate to secure an on-the-day appointment for my day off when I was really struggling with neck and back pain. Excellent communication and easy booking journey. Lovely treatment room and a warm welcome. The treatment was tailored, insightful and Jamie clearly knew what he was doing. Went to Jamie as I have terrible back pain and loads of issues the massage was amazing cosy wee room felt really at ease and felt that relaxed I felt myself falling asleep with definitely be back feel more relaxed and pain eased already thanks Jamie 😎

Brilliant today and the hairdresser who cut my daughter Abigail's hair on Thursday was brilliant too (I think she said her name was Steph). Amazing from start to finish. Stunning room, very tranquil and relaxing, perfect temperature. Massage was great and very thorough, I had some tense muscles in my lower back and shoulders before now, I gee like a new women now and slept like a baby last night. Looking forward to my next session, would 100% recommend.
