Had yet another amazing session with Joanna. I tried the Spinal Touch therapy and wow! I already knew from my massage last month that she is intuitive and uses the exact pressure and tempo to send you off to sleep, but this was a whole other experience. During the treatment, I felt very relaxed and then a sudden sense of warming throughout the back. Two hours later, I don't feel the pain I have been carrying around for years. I definitely will be back for more sessions. Highly recommend Joanna! She's a fabulous healer!

Great massage for my back and shoulders. The therapist used techniques that released tension by applying pressure to acupressure points, and the results were immediate. My shoulders and neck felt much more relaxed and noticeably less tense afterwards. Communication was excellent from start to finish, making the whole experience comfortable and professional. I will definitely be booking again and would highly recommend!

Lauren was warm and friendly so I felt comfortable despite it being my first time meeting her and she really helped me with some of the pain that I've been dealing with in my shoulders (an issue that I've had on and off for over a decade). She's actually the only person that I've been to that's managed to target my 'knots' properly. I still have pain radiating from my right shoulder but I have more flexibility and movement in my neck and arms than I did prior to my appointment which is amazing! I'm definitely going to book in with her again and would highly recommend her services :)

Absolutely amazing massage by Joanna! I'll be going back regularly - she gave the absolute best massage & Reiki I've ever had and I feel fabulous. I've been going through some really horrific things lately and my body was holding so much stress, I had to book a session. Joanna is very intuitive with her touch and spent a lot of time on the areas that required the most attention (neck, shoulders, back). Lauren is PURE magic! I had such a fantastic back, neck, and shoulder massage - truly one of the most relaxing treatments I’ve had in a long time. She took the time to do a thorough consultation beforehand, so she really understood exactly where I was holding tension and tailored everything perfectly. The massage itself was incredibly effective and focused, and I left feeling completely refreshed. Laura is excellent. I have a weak heart so often cannot exercise and was getting lots of pain in my back until I discovered Laura. I now have a regular session every few weeks and that is keeping me pain free. Very happy to recommend.

Would absolutely recommend Laura, I have been having treatments with Laura for about 10years now and there is no one else I would rather go to. She is the best, she knows her stuff and takes her time and you can see the passion she has for her work. Yesterday I had the reflex and reset package and my back has never felt so good it was super relaxing and I think reflexology is now my fav! 🤩xxx
