This is a 5.0 star review. My stylist was ANDY. I have had many bad experiences with hair cut services. I have necessitated only 2 visits to hospital emergency since living in Metro Vancouver. Both were the result of a bad experience at a salon or barber. I can't disclose the specific issues treated by compassionate doctors, but they were true emergencies that couldn't wait for a walk-in clinic the next day. To me it is thus necessary to protect myself against bad behaviour. Andy EXCEEDED expectations results wise and is the most attentive and respectful stylist I've ever met.

I had another great experience at Vancouver Barbers & Concept Hair & Beauty Studio. I had made an appointment but the barber had to attend to a family emergency, so Shirin went out of her way to get me into her chair last-minute. Fantastic cut and she made me feel very welcome.
