This is a 5.0 star review. My stylist was ANDY. I have had many bad experiences with hair cut services. I have necessitated only 2 visits to hospital emergency since living in Metro Vancouver. Both were the result of a bad experience at a salon or barber. I can't disclose the specific issues treated by compassionate doctors, but they were true emergencies that couldn't wait for a walk-in clinic the next day. To me it is thus necessary to protect myself against bad behaviour. Andy EXCEEDED expectations results wise and is the most attentive and respectful stylist I've ever met.

I can honestly say no matter how much I say Tina’s work is amazing, it still wouldn’t be enough! If you’re someone sensitive and picky about your hair like I am, I 100% recommend going to Tina — you’ll leave happy and genuinely satisfied. She worked non-stop on my hair, listened so carefully to exactly what I wanted, and recreated it perfectly, exactly like the examples on her Instagram. I had another great experience at Vancouver Barbers & Concept Hair & Beauty Studio. I had made an appointment but the barber had to attend to a family emergency, so Shirin went out of her way to get me into her chair last-minute. Fantastic cut and she made me feel very welcome. Totally recommended!
