This was my first time at SYS, & I felt so welcomed. I had a hair treatment with Dina, who was absolutely lovely. She examined my hair & advised the best treatment for it. Noticed the difference already! I also got a pedicure with Emy & Lily who amazing. They helped me pick a color & were so kind & attentive throughout. Shamma, your salon is absolutely beautiful. You’ve done a wonderful job creating such a relaxing space & putting together such a fantastic team. My friend & I both left feeling pampered & happy. We’ve booked to come back next week. The service was great, but I expected a much bigger difference between the regular pedicure and the Bloom pedicure. Compared to other salons, it felt quite standard and more like a regular pedicure.

10 out of 10 service. Booking and communication were amazing, arrival was perfectly on time, and cleanliness and setup were excellent. The technician was professional and skilled, with great attention to detail throughout. The manicure and pedicure results were flawless and very neat. Overall, a smooth and perfect experience from start to finish.
