Nice in room shower facility. Would rate Ann 5/5 for her stroke, releasing the knots and right strength (you just let her know to adjust).

Meticulous care from all staff, will remember your hair and scalp condition and preference and expert in dealing with damage hair and lots of patience in achieving the best quality (which takes a lot of time for my damage hair and I have been to multitudes of salons for more than a decade for my difficult hair) , thus a repeat customer despite travelling from other side of the town.

The service here was excellent. Ann is a highly skilled therapist who knew exactly how to target all the tight and aching areas of my body. I initially underestimated her strength, but I was genuinely impressed by the firm and effective pressure she applied throughout the session. Overall, it was a wonderful experience 10/10 👍

Absolutely love my experience every time! Jini is so friendly and always provides great, personalised advice. You can tell she really cares about her clients. And the gentleman who does the hair wash is fantastic—it’s honestly one of the most relaxing parts of the visit. I always leave feeling super happy with my hair. Highly recommend!

This is was my first time doing for threading after a long time. I am very happy with the service. Nilo did exactly what I asked for and checked in if I was ever in too much pain.
