I usually go to Hamilton location but they are under renovation. Went to this location in between. Receptionist so warm and friendly and offered drinks to every person who sat down. She makes a great Matcha latte! Nail tech was so friendly, took her time and I was very happy with the shape. Highly recommend!

Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Kelly was my nail tech and she did AMAZING job!!! She carefully measured all of my nails to make sure they all are same length. She inspected them from all sides multiple times to ensure that all nails have natural curve and that they are not too thick or anything! She was incredible and I'm very happy with service received.

Emily is amazing! I hadn’t had my nails done in years and she took great care of my nails. I had nearly no length and with Emily’s support my natural nails are long, strong and healthy. She has answered so many of my questions about the Gel X, and soft overlay process, including safety for my hands using the light(s). Emily is very detail oriented and takes pride in her work. If she feels a design hasn’t come out right she will ask you how you feel about it and change it if requested. The end results always come out beautiful and amazing! 5 stars!

I came to the spa with my sister and we both got French gel overlay. We are so happy with our nails and had a really nice conversation with the nail artist throughout the appointment! I have been to Posh Contessa many times, but this was my sister’s first visit and she said she will definitely be back!

2nd visit to have my nails 'transformed,' by Alexis who gave me some great advice about 'picking' off the gel prior to getting my nails done. We agreed that when I am tempted to engage in that behavior, I will call and book a nail appt. I never know what color to get and usually divert to pink or green and Alexis suggested the most beautiful blue( bluejean) and I am thrilled with the color. Alexis was so easy to talk to and very thorough in every step of the transformation. And I now know what outfit to wear to my special birthday brunch tomorrow. Very experienced. She was recommended to me from a friend. Friend said she was a top quality nail tech who would make smooth (not bumpy), even and uniform, beautiful nails. You know how sometimes there’s a natural leader in salons who the other techs go to for advice? This is that lady. When booking appointment, I saw the amount of reviews given to techs - Minnie had thousands of positive reviews. And the prices are so reasonable. For half the price of my old salon, I can get a better gel for what I like, it costs less money. TIP WELL! Minnie deserves it!
