I had a 'pick n mix' gift voucher and I chose a facial, head massage and back massage. Laura was my therapist and it was wonderful - I was so relaxed by the end I fell asleep!! The service at the Wallisdown branch is always lovely, calm and professional. Would highly recommend The Venue 👌

I booked myself in for an age smart facial with Sarah and it was such a lovely experience. The service was amazing and she was so attentive throughout. She also provided me with lots of information about recommended products after. The only issue I had was with booking. As I had a voucher, I could only use it at wallisdown and I found the treatments shown online as being available in Wallisdown weren’t actually available there when I called them which was a little disappointing, but other than that it was a great experience.

Amazing, Sarah really knows her stuff! I suffer from acne, PCOS, big pores, rosacea so she has been treating me with a skin care plan and micro needling. One session in and I already see a difference!

Lovely and relaxing facial. Thank you Ana :) thank you for the samples and collagen face mask too If you could recommend what treatment I should have next to focus on pigmentation and improve skin tone. That would be great. As always Sarah was welcoming and reassuring throughout my treatment ... Today I had the Derma Exosome with micro needling ... Sarah was very gentle and I left with minimal redness and looking forward to my result in a few weeks ...

Sarah’s new collagen facial is an absolute treat. From the moment she starts, you feel completely looked after. I was so relaxed I nearly nodded off, thanks to the heated bed, cosy blankets, and Sarah’s wonderfully calming touch. In my mid-50s, my skin always needs a bit of help, and this delivered — unbelievably smooth, deeply hydrated skin for the next 24 hours.
