I had such a great experience at Serene Skin Clinic. I’m quite scared of needles, so I was really nervous going in, but Sarah was amazing from start to finish. She made me feel at ease, explained everything clearly, and kept checking that I was okay throughout. Her calm and reassuring approach made all the difference and turned it into a really positive experience. Another glorious treatment at Serene. Today I had the Salmon DNA poly micro needling treatment and I’m already impressed with the results. My skin looked noticeably brighter immediately afterwards, with no redness at all. It feels incredibly soft, hydrated and smooth, almost like it’s been gently plumped from within, while being exfoliated on the outside. Yet another of the many wonderful treatments available at Serene that I’ll definitely be booking again

As always Sarah was welcoming and reassuring throughout my treatment ... Today I had the Derma Exosome with micro needling ... Sarah was very gentle and I left with minimal redness and looking forward to my result in a few weeks ...

Tracey was very welcoming and also very accommodating. I took my partner along, who she also welcomed; he waited for me watching TV in her lounge. Tracey explained each treatment in detail and answered all my questions. She very was knowledgable with both her products, and the treatments. Tracey was easy to chat to and I really liked the warm bed! My eyelash tint procedure was extremely comfortable and I am delighted with the results. I also had micro planing on my face; she was very gentle and obviously an expert in her craft. Thank you Tracey, I will be back!

Sarah’s new collagen facial is an absolute treat. From the moment she starts, you feel completely looked after. I was so relaxed I nearly nodded off, thanks to the heated bed, cosy blankets, and Sarah’s wonderfully calming touch. I had the Polynucleotides under my eyes, I've never had anything cosmetic injected before so I was a little nervous but I trusted Amy. Well I can confirm the needle is almost nonexistent as it's so small and I had numbing cream beforehand given to me by Amy which was a blessing. Amy made me feel so calm, I was still able to chat to her during the process and she made sure I was comfortable throughout, so after this experience, if I need it, I shall be returning for round 2!
