Everything was explained clearly beforehand, which really helped me feel comfortable and confident in what was happening. The procedure itself was much smoother than I expected. It was quick, and any discomfort was minimal. The practitioner was very gentle and made sure I was okay throughout, which I really appreciated. The results have been incredible. My under-eye area looks so much brighter
