One of the best massages and facials I have ever had (and I’ve had a few!!). Full body deep tissue massage by Lewis/Louis and facial by Mai. I only wish I lived in Toronto or Pamper Valley opens a branch in the UK!

One of the best lash lifts I’ve ever gotten! My natural lashes are super straight and I don’t know how she did it, but the lash tech got them super curled and tinted — I usually need waterproof mascara and a heated lash curler to get my lashes to look like this. It’s also one of the most affordable lash lifts I’ve found in Toronto so far. 11/10!

Emily is definitely one of the most talented and qualified nail techs in Toronto. I'm so impressed with the quality, shape, and design of my nails. She is passionate about her craft and uses cutting edge techniques and tools. Her and the salon staff are all welcoming, kind, and accommodating. I will definitely be a long-term customer!

I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

Me and my partner had the privilege to visit the CedarHouse Spa today. It was a great experience and deserves 5 stars. We arrived 15 minutes ahead and had to fill out forms for the first visit. That went well and fast. Had 4 services done. Mani-Pedi, facial and massage. Pampered into oblivion by Marzena. My partner had Natalia. Both were careful and did an excellent job. Their experience shows and their bedside manner was top notch. My partner and I had Claudia work her magic and perform fantastic face treatments on us. Janice did the RMT massages with a steady but firm hand. Recommended!

I’ve had massages at a lot of different places, and what stands out about Selina is how much she accomplishes in a single session. Her one-hour massages feel incredibly thorough because she makes the most of every minute. I never leave feeling like the appointment was cut short. She’s skilled, professional, excellent at deep tissue work, and always finds the areas that need attention. I consistently leave feeling better than when I arrived. The quality of her treatments is why I’ve become a regular client.

I had a Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage with Jolene and loved the experience! She was so knowledgeable and friendly. I've had lymphatic drainage massages at a few other places in the city and this was definitely the best. I felt lighter and more toned after the massage. Will definitely be back.

I have been coming here for massages for a few years now. I have never been disappointed! Any of the RMTs are incredible and will put you a completely comatose, relaxed, state. I always feel completely recharged when I leave. I highly recommend!

Friends, let me tell you about a magical place called Shangri-La Spa in Richmond Hill. As a Toronto resident, finding a decent massage can be as elusive as spotting a unicorn. But fear not, my fellow muscles in distress - my masseuses Tina here to save the day! Not only is she a skilled massage therapist, but she's also friendly and wise. Thanks to her magic hands, my back has finally found some relief. Put down the painkillers and book a session with Shangri-La ASAP. Highly, highly recommended.
