Amazing massage! I’ve had lots of massages all around the world and this one, in my home town, was the best I’ve had. There was real care taken into what I said my problem issues were, massage didn’t feel rushed at all and advice for afterwards and in the future was really well received! I was bit apprehensive due to arthritis in my knee, but I've been having so much swelling in my leg felt need to try something! I don't regret the decision Triin was a fabulous host and offered support for me to get the best out of the body roll. I felt benefit from it the next day and so much so I booked up for more sessions, I would recommend it as part of healthy regime to wellness!

I recently booked a lymphatic Bodyroll experience with my two daughters and was genuinely surprised by how deeply restorative it felt. Triin was lovely and helped to guide us with each position change, enabling us to adjust the depth of pressure and intensity to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. Going as a group of 3 created an enjoyable and memorable experience. I would highly recommend giving this a try.

Had a festive massage with Lisa. I chose the package treatment ‘Christmas Aromas-Christmas Slumber’ (sleep inspired). I immediately felt relaxed and content, I made myself a nice warm lovely hot chocolate and wore my cosy Christmas jumper to get in the spirit a little. I received a sample jar of herbs and spice, it was a beautiful evening and perfect gift in time for the holidays which I’ve had many other treatments in the past that include Reiki with Crystals, Indian Head, Reflexology and Hot Stone. This has got to be my favourite up to date, I actually felt completely at peace 😍🎄❄️✨

Outstanding! It was my first experience of reflexology after I was recommended to try it to ease some pregnancy discomfort. Oh my Sam was incredible, she explained everything to me, was so comforting and I really felt like she could read my needs. I followed this with a chakra reading and an Indian head massage and felt incredible - like I was cleared of stale air and energy that didn't serve. I was so surprised when I walked home to notice my pelvis pain had eased and I had more mobility and lightness in my step! Excited for my next booking and would highly recommend.
