I honestly couldn’t recommend enough. I have been to a number of places across London for a lash lift and tint, but they do not come close to Emily. The clinic is gorgeous, Emily is always warm, friendly and attentive. She has an amazing attention to detail and knowledge on all things skin and beauty. I look forward to my appointments. All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

Didi is so warm and friendly, you feel welcome the moment you walk in! She has a magical touch, and the different tools and products she uses feel amazing on the skin. You can tell she pours her heart into every treatment, I left feeling so held, completely relaxed, and with glowing skin.

I've suffered with painful tension headaches for many years. Since my first Buccal massages/facial with Didi, I have not had any headaches! Didi has created such a warm cocoon of a treatment room in which to receive an incredible facial experience. Her hands find tension and manage to soften, soothe and relax the fascia, muscles and nervous system. Smells from her potions and lotions delight the senses and she truly does magic. Azra and her team are fantastic. Hawkins clinic is one of the very best clinics in London and Surrey. Azra's ability to assess each individual's requirement whether it be for facial treatments, body treatments, personalised skin care products and/or manicures/pedicures or eyelash/eyebrow shaping is unparalleled and she has trained her staff in the same way. Customer service is caring and supportive. Dr Guiseppe travels from Italy once a month to do all the fabulous aesthetic work at the clinic. You do have to book well ahead as his knowledge and proficiency is well renowned.
