After many disappointing trips to various different hairdressers in SE London, Hermine really took care of my hair today, and I am truly grateful. Jale is nothing short of a miracle worker - she makes my skin clear and my eyebrows sharp! Every treatment I’ve ever had over the last 10 years has been perfection, I regularly fall asleep while I’m there 🤣 but it’s always such a wonderful experience. Ash was great — I came for a BIAB manicure and pedicure, and somehow managed to convince my husband to have his first ever Russian manicure and pedicure too. He came in stressed, slightly suspicious, and only doing it to make me happy… but left looking like a polished gentleman. 😂 Honestly, men deserve nice hands and feet too — no stigma, just self-care! We both loved the service, the attention to detail was brilliant, and we’ll definitely be back

This is my second time having dermaplaning and micro needling with Natalie. The treatment and results are great but it’s also all the other little things that Natalie does which truly makes it a non-negotiable. The cooling face mask, the ice globes and the hand massage are so relaxing and luxurious. I step out feeling like a new woman aesthetically and mentally! She is obviously knowledgeable and passionate, explaining why she is doing everything. Would again recommend and return!
