Siân was so knowledgeable and welcoming, making my first ever Deep Phyto Peel a breeze! - yes, I went all in! She explained everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout. The heated bed was an unexpected treat—I think I even dozed off a few times! The space was spotless, beautifully scented, and wonderfully cosy against the miserable London weather. Lou was wonderful, I cannot recommend enough! My bespoke facial was perfect, I really appreciated the care Lou took in both explaining the facial and what I’d like to also delivering it, plus the knowledge she had around a scar I have left me totally at ease and able to completely drift off and enjoy the whole experience. The added touch of a foot massage too was amazing. Love the ambience and music, my fave place to have a facial!

I’ve booked a block of Ayurvedic lymphatic drainage massage with Afshan as after having a baby my ankles remained full of fluid. Each session the difference is incredible and I feel like I am becoming the old me again. Afshan has a wealth of knowledge about the lymphatic system and gives me exercises to do each week to build on the work she has done. I feel cared for, supported and treated as an individual. I can’t recommend Afshan enough.
