The Japanese Head Spa & Facial with Kelly was actually heavenly. I don’t think I’ve been so relaxed! The care and detail taken throughout the whole experience was brilliant. I really appreciated the opportunity to brush and dry my hair at the end as someone with thick, long and prone to tangly hair! There were so many different sensations and elements to the massage & treatment and every new thing that came felt just as incredible as the last thing or more. I think that was the best spa experience I’ve ever had. Thank you!
