Although I had the wrong nose for a septum piercing, the artist I had, Lauri, was amazing and I ended up getting a nose stud which looks amazing. Will definitely be going back!

I had the pleasure of Adele being my piercer. She was exceptionally professional and charismatic. Ensuring all equipment was sterilised and cleaned beforehand. She checked in throughout the appointment, ensuring I was comfortable to continue and happy with the progress. I also witnessed another staff member there talking with a young girl and reassuring her and making her comfortable for her first piercing. The finished piercings are healing nicely without any signs of infection. The central location in Cwmbran and skill of those working here make it my future go to for all piercings!

After my experience with Tom today, I can’t recommend Empress Piercing in Cwmbran highly enough. The space was clean, tidy and welcoming, and Tom was absolutely amazing. He put me as ease from the second I walked through the door, gave thorough sound advice, and talked me carefully through all the aftercare. He was so very kind and patient, and really looked after me throughout my appointment. Thank you, Tom. You are wonderful!
