Absolutely amazing. I decided to treat myself to a self care present by swapping out my earrings to new ones and I am so glad that I did. Abbi is an amazing body piercing professional and she always makes me feel at ease. You end up having amazing conversations with her and she even helped me to pick out my new earrings that I’m currently wearing. Stars for those festive vibes. I can’t wait to go back in the New Year and who knows? I might get my nose pierced next. I had a great experience at LNO today. I was greeted by Dom whom gave me a warm welcome and made me feel relaxed. Dom was very professional and had fantastic communication skills, I knew exactly what was happening and what he was going to do. Got my nose pierced today and am not the biggest fan of needles. Dom explained everything step by step and was extremely patient with me. I love my new piercing received great aftercare instructions as well as advice on when to book in for a downsizing, etc. Would 100% recommend Lno and am do glad I found them!
