I originally went in hoping to have fat dissolving under my chin, but after assessing me, Mona was completely honest and explained that I didn't actually have enough fat for the treatment to make a noticeable difference. I really appreciated her honesty rather than trying to sell me something that wouldn't work. When I asked how we could improve the area instead, she recommended DOA treatment along my chin, Botox and a Nefertiti neck lift. Just been and had an amazing pumpkin 🎃 facial with peel and first time under LED lights and steam. This was the best facial ever and I’ve had a few! Was worried about the led as can sometimes feel claustrophobic. But Rachel put me at ease and the whole experience was 5 star! Will def be booking again and maybe next time try it with dermaplane. The room was very calming and cknfidtsnke and at one point I almost drifted off. Highly recommend.
