This was my first time visiting Cotswold Skin Studio and I can say with total confidence that it was a truly fantastic experience. Henrietta was so kind, patient and caring throughout the entire appointment. After having horrendous experiences with previous waxers, it is wonderful to have been properly looked after and waxed properly. All round a great experience - I would give 10 stars if I could! It has taken me a while to find somewhere to have my waxing done I feel comfortable, but I will be coming back to Cotswold Skin Studio indefinitely! The environment was lovely, easy to find, plenty of parking, very clean and welcoming and my waxing was done brilliantly - no issues at all. I felt so welcome and at ease throughout the whole appointment and had a good chit chat which was lovely! I am already booked for Feb and cannot wait.

Her massage treatments are second to none, and I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and well cared for. The warmth, kindness, and genuine care I receive at every appointment make each visit something I look forward to. One of the lovely touches is the teabag she gives me at the end of each session, which adds to the overall feeling of comfort and wellbeing.
