Been a couple of times now to the infrared sauna as well as hot/cold therapy and it’s been great! Staff are excellent, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Today I enjoyed a 90 minute Infrared Sauna and Hawaiian lomi treatment with Natalia. It was a sublime experience in a private and relaxed setting. First lymphatic drainage treatment with Natalia was fantastic. She is very experienced, knowledgeable and relaxing. I felt the benefit of the massage immediately with greatly reduced joint pain. Her follow-up advice email is invaluable too. Highly recommended - my return visit is booked! 🌟

I have never tried any of the therapies in the discovery pack before except for a sauna. It was such a fun experience, trying them all and the people at Super Young were so friendly and helpful. Great experience

Andy was phenomenal! She is so knowledgeable, took the time to give me a detailed tour and I got to use the compression boots alongside my vitamin IV. 10/10 will definitely be back.

This was my first floatation therapy experience and really enjoyed it. The Orchard is beautiful with lots of wellness facilities and the room with the tank was modern, clean and private. It took some time getting used to the feeling of floating, the darkness and quiet, but it was super relaxing once I’d settled in. My skin feels great now too! Looking forward to returning for the infrared sauna and ice bath :)

Absolutely incredible experience today at The Orchard Richmond. We did everything including oxygen, red light, compression boots, sauna, cold plunge and float. Everything was fabulous. While we’ve done it before never at Richmond and it was fabulous. The cold plunge and sauna was a highlight. Symee and Liz are beautiful people and make the experience perfect. Really recommend you give it a try. We felt fabulous walking out.

Upon recovery from spinal surgery I have seen many practitioners for treatment but no-one has been as knowledgeable… dedicated and healing as Natalia! Combining infrared sauna and deep tissue massage I have gained the most mobility in a short few months because she understands and is connected to our bodies needs!
