Pat was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and why which filled me with confidence as this was the first sports massage I’d tried. Even after a short time, the pain in my left hamstring has eased and Pat was good enough to suggest some exercises that would help with my recovery. The ease and convenience that Pat came to me at a time that suited me made the whole experience hassle free too. Definitely recommend and will definitely use again in the future. Thanks Pat!

Giuliano was brilliant and very knowledgeable. I do a lot of fitness that I rely on my upper body muscles and i’ve been noticing tightness in my shoulders and upper back. It was quite painful but I knew that was expected as the knots needed to be massaged out. Will definitely be back again! Thanks so much.

I have experienced, with many massage over 30yrs and to say, this has been the most experience and well trained massaged business I know. Thank you for your guidance on getting my health and wellbeing back to normal.

WOW I had the Buccal massage and honey facial which was truly relaxing and sent me to sleep! I’ve wanted to try the Buccal facial and it was wonderful, Natasha is an expert and for my first time I felt completely at ease. Highly recommend Dragonfly a peaceful find in a busy Leeds city centre.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Great staff and just right location in very heart of central Leeds. You really don't feel like you are in central Leeds. Such a great hidden gem. Great sports massage and 1st accupuncture session, felt at ease. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Perfect massage. Perfect pressure and lovely relaxing room. Wonderfully relaxing.

Visited dragonfly for a float and a facial, both of which were amazing as was my therapist Laura - her massage technique was so good. Just a couple of points that would have made the visit even better – there is no changing room facility to freshen up in after your treatments. I was heading into Leeds and needed to do my hair get changed etc Also, the treatment room that I was in was at the top of the main stairs thankfully I visited on a quiet day, but I could imagine during peak times this room would get quite noisy - maybe the location could be reviewed?

The best sports massage I’ve ever had, super professional and informative. Jason is really friendly and welcoming and the studio is absolutely beautiful.

I recently had a massage with Dhruv and couldn't recommend him more highly. He is a qualified sports massage therapist and it really shows — his knowledge of muscle groups and technique is excellent, and the session was genuinely therapeutic. Dhruv is completely professional and makes you feel totally at ease throughout. For any women considering booking with a male therapist, you are in very safe and capable hands. I'll absolutely be booking again!
