Best Hair Perms near me in University District, Calgary

Second time coming to this salon. I think it’s the best salon in Calgary! Have tried all the fancy salons out there to get a perm but Gino was the only one who knew how to do it properly. 10/10 highly recommend!!!

Soyoon is truly the best of the best in Calgary! She always knows exactly what her clients want and makes you feel so comfortable throughout the appointment. My husband and I have been going to her for a while now, and we’re always beyond happy with the results. I constantly recommend her to my family and friends. Brand new to Calgary, Googled for "salons near me", saw the excellent reviews and thought "why not give it a shot?" The experience turned out to be way better than I imagined it would be. Harry is highly skilled, and looked like an artist at work. It was honestly the best haircut I've had in a very long time. Will definitely be back.

This is my second time getting a perm, and the experience was quick and easy once again. Jin was professional and made sure to explain the process step-by-step, which put me at ease. The results are fantastic, my curls turned out exactly how I wanted them, with great definition and volume. I’m really happy with how it turned out! I’ve always wanted to perm my hair but have been hesitant in fear of it being overly curly. Got a Korean perm done by Min Soo and am super happy with the way it turned out. Gives my super straight hair a little extra wavy-ness and volume. Thanks Min Soo!

Woori was amazing! I had both straightening and a perm done, and she was incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. She was also very kind and took the time to explain what she was doing, and even showed me how to properly blow-dry and style my hair at home. At first, I went to this stylist by myself for a haircut, then I came together with my teenage daughter, and today we visited again with my mom — he gave her a haircut and a perm. We are all very happy with both the service and the results. He is always attentive to his clients’ requests and truly knows how to create a look that suits each person perfectly. Great experience. I had a haircut and digital perm from Gino. He's so friendly and he made me feel comfortable. He explained every step and aftercare. Location was easy to find and there's parking available. I highly recommend coming here.

Tiffany honestly is the most talented hair dresser I have ever had. She has a creative eye and knows exactly what I need and would look best on me. She moved away from Calgary for a while and after having my hair look horrible for several year, I would drive 3 hours so have her "revive" my hair. Simply the BEST!! :-)

Gino is really a professional hair stylist! He provides excellent service and more than I expected! He did my hair so patiently even though it was so hard to handle! Really appreciated his excellent work! Gino will be the only hair stylist I will go for in Calgary!

Got a C-curl digital perm and trusted Gino with my haircut. I absolutely love the results! He really listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that. Super professional and skilled. Will definitely come back!

My experience with Gino was fabulous! I had a consultation for a digital perm. He told me my hair type wouldn’t do well with the perm (so sad!). But he didn’t leave me hanging! He made recommendations to achieve the look I was going for: a volume perm (he’s getting the machine soon), a hair cut, and simple styling techniques. He cut my bangs and styled my hair, and educated me on simple ways to style it myself. All in a 15 min consultation. Can’t wait to be back for a haircut and volume perm! Thank you Gino ☺️
