I was tired of having my hair coloured every 4-5 weeks due to the demarcation between grey roots and colour. I didn’t feel the colour suited me anymore but didn’t want to go totally grey. Karen was fantastic - listened to my needs and discussed several approaches, doing lots of research in the progress to make sure I got a good result. I love my new hair! The colours are fab and the grey roots have just the right amount of translucent courage that will allow a more seamless grown out. This is just the first step on the journey but I feel confident I’m heading down a good path with Karen.

He always takes time to understand what style you’re looking for, but also will gently guide you through what suits. Professional, great value for the quality of the cut and colour and just brilliant at what he does.
