I would so recommend her for any piercing, whether its your first or youve had some done before. My daughter had her ears pierced for her 6th birthday today and the whole experience was fab! She was a little nervous but was made to feel heard, safe and well looked after. Everyone working there was absolutely lovely. The aftercare was explained really well and we’d definitely go back again. Thank you so much, my daughter is super happy with her new sparkly ears! ✨

For the first time in 6 years it was lovely for someone to actually take note of my skin issues and look at it. Feel so much more confident that we have or will have found a treatment that helps manage it. Lots of advice on food and looking at allergies. Definitely recommend Sam. Made me feel so much at ease.

Honestly she’s the best!! If you’re thinking of having a wax, just do it. I used to shave and it’d grow fully back in a week. I have not had it grow that thick again! It takes at least 6 weeks to start growing back and even then it’s only a few hairs!! So glad I decided to get a wax xx

I was made to feel very welcome the moment I entered the clinic. Mercedes was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My procedure was botox and under eye polynucleotide. my lines under my eyes have reduced dramatically. I couldn't be any happier. She truly expert and phenomenal at what she does.
