This was my first experience of a massage (deep tissue back massage) and it was fantastic. The moment I enter I felt completely at ease and relax with Ceri. She talked me through what she doing in a calm way and applied pressure to suit different areas off my back and neck. I was so relaxed by the end of the session that I could of drifted off for a very long sleep. Would definitely return and highly recommend

What an amazing experience ! Lisa and the staff made my mum feel so special from the minute she arrived in the spa ! We had a stunning light lunch which was so tasty. I had the most amazing back, neck and shoulders massage and I honestly feel like a new person! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely relaxed and welcomed. Had a lovely few days at Bodysgallen. Great hotel with plentiful and personable staff. The building is full of historical connections and has several comfortable public rooms, ideal for relaxing or reading. The gardens and the spa are on your doorstep and are really well maintained and add to the overall experience. Location wise, Bodnant garden and Llandudno are both within 15 mins drive.

An absolute top notch service facial and massage. Quality Service.Ceri is an absolute diamond .Great at her job. I have never experience a massage like this until we gound Ceri.

Excellent, the best one yet. Liza was very reassuring from the onset. It became very obvious she knew what she was doing without being an overbearingly know all. Quietly confident and sympathetic to her client was her forte. Will definitely arrange a massage next time I’m in Llandudno!

Roisin was very friendly and has a calming approach to her. She did a lovely, relaxing full body massage and the whole spa experience was great.

If I could give more than 5/5 stars I would! Ceri is the best, I’ve been twice now and Ceri makes the whole experience relaxing and perfect for de-stressing. I’ve had a full body massage and a deep tissue back massage, both incredible. Thank you, can’t wait for my next appointment!!

I had a full body massage off Sophia, I was skeptical at first as I’d only ever had one abroad and it was so uncomfortable, Sophia spoke to me first about what the treatment entailed and I asked if she couldn’t do my stomach area (although the benefits sounded amazing) it was the most relaxing time of my life and I’ll 1000000000% book it again. The relief I felt was unreal, was like a weigh being lifted off my shoulders! If you’re on the fence about having a full body this is your sign to book because I can guarantee you it’ll be the best thing you book!!

Its a lovely relaxed spa, not too fancy. I had a full body massage with Roisin who was very good; I prefer a firm massage and she delivered!
