Had a lovely few days at Bodysgallen. Great hotel with plentiful and personable staff. The building is full of historical connections and has several comfortable public rooms, ideal for relaxing or reading. The gardens and the spa are on your doorstep and are really well maintained and add to the overall experience. Location wise, Bodnant garden and Llandudno are both within 15 mins drive.

Stacey always makes me feel relaxed and comfortable wouldn’t go anywhere else for my lashes and brows

I honestly couldn’t recommend Stacey enough. Every single time I leave my appointment I feel 10/10. She’s so professional, makes you feel completely comfortable, and her attention to detail is unreal. My lashes always look full, fluffy and perfectly shaped to suit my eyes, never heavy or overdone. They last so well and I constantly get compliments on them. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her clients. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes 🤍

Had a spa day as a gift and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was spotlessly clean and really friendly and helpful members of staff. Lisa gave me a fantastic massage, thank you.

The masseuse, Roisin, was amazing. Give her a pay-rise now! All the staff were courteous and welcoming. Perhaps some minor improvementa could be made to the women's changing room to make it feel a bit more swish.

Amazing! I love coming to Stacey, she's the best I've ever had to my lashes and I love our chats as well. Her lashes are quality and they last for up to 3 weeks as long as you look after them. Wouldn't go to anyone else now :)
