I had a full body massage with Mandy today !! It was an incredible experience from start to finish . She was so welcoming from the minute I stepped into the salon , and as for my treatment, well it was the best massage I’ve ever had and I’ve had plenty. I came out floating . If you want a 5 star professional experience then I cannot rate indulgence enough !! Can’t wait to go back !! Thank you Mandy for making me feel so special ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

On Tuesday, I was lucky enough to have a full body hot stone massage with Lois. I went into the dark, cosy and warm treatment room with my shoulders and back totally tensed up and tight and came out feeling as if my limbs were not attached to my body, I was so very relaxed. I asked for a firm massage and that's what I got; it wouldn't be for the faint hearted but I totally loved it. Lois did check in to see if the pressure was ok and if the stones were too hot so I could have asked for adjustments at any time. Diolch Lois, I shall be booking with you again soon x

I went for a relaxation massage but also mentioned I’d been having problems with my back and neck. Ceri was absolutely brilliant — she understood exactly what was going on and worked on the areas that needed it most. The pressure was just right, firm where it needed to be, but she always checked that I was comfortable. By the end I felt like a huge weight had been lifted — relaxed, lighter, and completely at ease. Ceri really does have a gift!

I don't really have the words to describe the quality of the massage Llinos gave me, but from start to finish it was wonderful. So much so that a couple of days later the intense pain through my neck, back and legs have virtually disappeared to the extent where I'm not trying to alleviate the pain myself. The spa was very good we had two separate full body massages and the girls were excellent

Had a wonderful leg massage very kindly and sensitively done by Mandy as I have just had knee replacement and my muscles were very tight . It now feels wonderful. This was finished off by a long awaited pedicure also wonderful, thank you and I will be returning as soon as I’m able for a full body massage❤️

Had a full body massage coupled with an express Neal Yards facial….perfect combination and the bewitching thing Lindsey did massaging the eyes during the facial meant I fell into a deep sleep walking myself up snoring and apologising …little did I knew she had left the room!! That’s how relaxed I was. Definitely recommend for anyone after a truly indulgent relaxing experience!! Thanks Lindsey xx

Lovely experience, every time when visit indulgence, want to go back. Iam going there since 2017 for massage and facials but every time feel like it was first time, Mandy does really good massage and she is very kind and lovely. Very professional and very experienced. Will go again soon

We had a half day spa with full body massage then afternoon tea in the Hall. Wonderful day. The spa is lovely, clean, has all u need, nice relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, never felt too busy or too quiet, lovely and very helpful staff. Massage was amazing, clearly very experienced, lovely relaxing space, beautiful products, not rushed at all and then relax room was nice. Then afternoon tea at hall was fab. Best one I've ever had with lovely people looking after us and had lovely chat with local staff learning all about the house and local area. Couldn't have been better. Thank you!
