I had an amazing Jan Marini facial with Rachel! She was warm, knowledgeable, and completely personalised the treatment to my skin. Third time at Ando Wellness and AS PER USUAL.. I have received the absolute BEST service. I had a deep tissue massage and we discussed the areas I have my issues. I went to see Amy for a sports massage Today! Her knowledge, understanding and treatment of the body is incredible! I felt completely comfortable, safe and relaxed in her care and I felt that she was extremely attentive to my needs! Even remembering that I am vegan and letting me know that all her products were suitable for me! Over the years, I have seen specialists from chiropractors to physiotherapists! Had treatments for injuries and rehabilitation to just treating tight/sore areas! I have to say that Amy is the best therapist I have ever seen!! Thank you Amy 🙏

Had an absolutely brilliant deep tissue massage with Amy today, really needed it too after my lower back became really uncomfortable over the last week or so. Amy listened to what I needed and really applied her knowledge to the issues not only in my lower back and hips but my shoulder and neck. She utilised her knowledge in anatomy and physiology and applied that Tommy individual needs and I can now get my trousers on without sound affects, move much easier than I have for the last ten days and am feeling the benefits of her knowledge and skills . I'm off to book another session! Thank you!

What can I say .. Most of my appointments (usually every couple of weeks) are booked for a much needed relax and brain switch-off, but I also quite often need to loosen up a niggly lower back & tight leg (IT geek, so LOTS of time sat at the desk hunched over a keyboard, despite trying my best to NOT hunch ..! ) Everytime I have a relaxing massage from Amy, afterwards, it's like someone has turned the volume down on the world & put it on slo-mo, definite sanity saver, especially over this last year or so with not being able to travel for a break & recharge as I normally would..

Rokas was fantastic. Really pleasant, easy to talk to and relaxing. Made to feel totally comfortable throughout. I went for the full body sports massage to get month/year old tightness and soreness worked out, which in parts was a painful but necessary part of this type of massage. Feel far better for it now! Will definitely be coming back hopefully soon, and recommend Rokas and Ando Wellness for your sports massage needs. Thank you 😊

I managed to get a last minute appointment with Rokas as my usual masseuse was away, after reading the reviews I decided to give Ando Wellness a go and I’m so glad I did. I have discovered a new gem and will definitely be returning, I was full of knots and tension and Rokas managed to get rid of it all and find secret spots I didn’t even know about. Feeling super relaxed and ready for my travels. Will be returning upon my return.
