I have just had my 1 hour DEEP tissue massage with Rokas and I highlight 'deep' because it was well and truly that. From the offset, I was asked what issues I have and tailored my appointment based on my needs. I have experienced massages from both Rokas and Andrius now and can equally say, both are fantastic at what they do and I am grateful for their skill and knowledge

Third time at Ando Wellness and AS PER USUAL.. I have received the absolute BEST service. I had a deep tissue massage and we discussed the areas I have my issues. Had an absolutely brilliant deep tissue massage with Amy today, really needed it too after my lower back became really uncomfortable over the last week or so. Amy listened to what I needed and really applied her knowledge to the issues not only in my lower back and hips but my shoulder and neck. She utilised her knowledge in anatomy and physiology and applied that Tommy individual needs and I can now get my trousers on without sound affects, move much easier than I have for the last ten days and am feeling the benefits of her knowledge and skills . I'm off to book another session! Thank you!
