I had an amazing Jan Marini facial with Rachel! She was warm, knowledgeable, and completely personalised the treatment to my skin. The products felt incredible, and my skin was instantly smoother, brighter, and more hydrated. Rachel explained each step and made the whole experience relaxing and results-driven. Amazing facial, totally relaxing and my skin is glowing. Was complimented last week on how young I look even without makeup. Alison is so knowledgeable and tailors each facial to how my skin is on the day, no generic treatments like most salons and gives you advice on how to maintain your glow without pressure sales and over priced products that do not work.
