From the post booking call through to the massage itself Rico was amazing. So kind and thoughtful. I booked in at the MMA gym (which isn’t for everyone, but I gym here and love it). I had knee replacement surgery a year ago, Rico had done his homework and managed to work out my kinks and also gave me some stretching homework to do before the next appointment (of which I’m sure there will be many!). Brilliant, thank you so much Rico!

Rico was really knowledgeable and passionate to diagnose the issue I had with my back and work on a plan to resolve it. I feel a huge difference in my back after the treatment, and will be returning for routine massages to supplement my training in Jiu-Jitsu & running.

Loved the ambience, felt relaxed and pampered after my each appointment.

Kelly is just the best - this was my first time trying out her massages and they do not disappoint! I always turn up in a tizz and Kelly just has a magical way of calming me down. Would thoroughly recommend as always!

Really was struggling with my upper body / chest / arms but last nights session sorted it out and I slept amazingly for the first time! 100% recommend for all your sports injury needs!

Laura was amazing! Probably the cosiest place I’ve ever been for a facial and a chemical peel. Made me feel really comfortable and didn’t feel rushed at all… some salons can make you feel rushed at times but Laura took her time really recommend!

A really great massage. We worked on areas where I was experiencing discomfort and stiffness. Advise regarding stretches and exercises where offered, which I'll put into practice. Nice clean and tidy location and Rico was a kind masseuse. I look forward to going back again.
