Ronnie is the most wonderful therapist. I booked 2 hours today for a combination of massage and LED light therapy. I fell asleep (twice) and felt totally relaxed at the end of the session. I highly recommend Ronnie for her gentle and focused attention on her clients.

Ronnie is just amazing! This was my third visit with her and honestly, cloud nine is definitely the right name for her treatments! I had an amazing full body massage which really helped my tired aching shoulders from breastfeeding. Followed by a gorgeous face and head massage. Ronnie listens to your area of need and works hard to help any problem areas. Her little studio is cosy, clean and inviting and she is just the nicest person! I’ll be booking again soon!

The spa is friendly and welcoming. We had a couples package which included an amazing 1 hour full body massage, glass of prosecco, chocolates and full use of the pool and spa facilities. The lunch menu has loads to chose from and the food is very nice. Everything is really accessible and the parking is free. It's great value too. Will definitely go again.

Initially being unsure how I would manage a two hour facial treatment, I need not have worried. The whole experience was wonderfully relaxing, and the results to my untrained eye are beyond my expectations, an obvious lift and glow. My promise to myself is to book a monthly appointment at the offer rate.

The Spa day was nice. The staff extremely helpful and friendly. I got a voucher for 2 on Wowcher. The discount was nearly 50% off. It included a 50 minute full body massage. The treatment was OK but we were told as soon as we started that it would not be full body. Just back and back of legs. Think the whole body could have been done or advertised as a half body massage. The rest of the spa was OK but not luxurious. Was happy to pay the voucher price (just!) but would have been very disappointed to pay full price.

As usual, Ronnie paid great attention to detail. She checked in thoroughly with me before and after my treatment - which I really appreciate. I felt very carefully looked after during my treatment. I will be back!

Ronnie is just the best! I was lucky enough to win a free face massage to be filmed for her social media and the care and attention she puts into every treatment is just amazing. I almost dozed off! Ronnie can always tell what you’ve been experiencing (head aches, tension etc) from how your body feels which is testament to her experience and the attention she pays to her clients. Pure relaxation and just heavenly treatments. On Cloud Nine is the right name!
