It was incredible. The space was very comforting and my masseuse made sure I was comfortable and not in any discomfort. In the lava shells massage, though it’s not very pressure intensive, definitely does the job in reliving any pain or soreness from the muscles. I highly enjoyed my experience.

Very good massage from Alice who took care to understand my preferences and tailored the massage to suit. Relaxing ambience with gentle music and low lighting. Heated massage table was a nice touch!

30 minute reflexology treatment with Francesca which I always enjoy, as a regular client. Followed by a hot stone body massage.’Rachel always hits the problems that need working on . She is so calm and an excellent therapist. I love coming here . Warm welcome from Shanie . I have to be honest that after spending £100 on treatments it was disappointing to be hearing maintenance men drilling and hammering throughout my 90 minutes , in the spirit leisure club right next to the treatment room .

I started seeing Ronnie during pregnancy. From the moment I met Ronnie I felt so at ease, she has such a warmth about her and wow her treatments are just so lovely! I had pregnancy massage aswell as reflexology throughout pregnancy and really noticed the difference after our sessions. I was also so fortunate to be able to have Ronnie support me through labour using reflexology and accupuncture to help the process of labour, it made such a difference to my experience and everything felt a lot easier after Ronnie treated me. She has magic hands and a beautiful soul

As she has done before, Ronnie found the harsh gristly muscle knots in my back and neck and left no stone unturned in undoing them. I have come away with smoother muscles, the knots are gone and I feel as though she’s given me therapy for might mind as well! I’m not sure there’s a better, or more professional massage therapist out there! Thank you so much Ronnie x
