It was incredible. The space was very comforting and my masseuse made sure I was comfortable and not in any discomfort. In the lava shells massage, though it’s not very pressure intensive, definitely does the job in reliving any pain or soreness from the muscles. I highly enjoyed my experience.

What a fabulously indulgent two hours with Ronnie. The massage was so relaxing I fell asleep. My face looked very much reinvigorated following the facial massage. Ronnie is a very intuitive therapist who I highly recommend to others.

Kate was absolutely amazing! Her friendly and caring approach made my 1st colonic irrigation experience even better. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the session. I couldn’t have asked for a better practitioner! We had a wonderful experience at Natural light Spa - the atmosphere was totally relaxing & all the staff were incredibly friendly & professional. Communication was perfect from the minute we booked. Rebecca on reception made us feel at ease immediately & Jane gave us the best massage we’ve ever had! Her kind energy really shone through! Ann was also lovely, topping us up with Prosecco in the spa! The Ger was a really lovely touch - somewhere to really unwind.. haven’t been this relaxed in a very long time! Such a treat - thank you to everyone, can’t wait to visit again!

As she has done before, Ronnie found the harsh gristly muscle knots in my back and neck and left no stone unturned in undoing them. I have come away with smoother muscles, the knots are gone and I feel as though she’s given me therapy for might mind as well!
