Deya is the best! I have thick hair and I was worried about if KMB Studio didn’t have texturizing shears, but thank goodness I asked! They have shears to help thin your thick hair out if you don’t want to deal with a puffy lion’s mane especially with Chicago’s humidity lol! 🦁😜 and the conditioning mask made my hair feel soft and less frizzy! I have known Mischelle for 20 plus years and she is the best in the industry. I travel a lot and always make sure I see her before I leave knowing that my manicure and pedicure will last for a very long time (often a month and that's only bc the nails have grown but the polish is intact). I also go to her for a massage as she is very strong and often adjusts whatever needs to be adjusted. I feel lucky to know here as she does everything with all her heart and soul. My family adores her too because she is a very special person who cares not just about taking care of you but you as a person!

Mary did a great job with my gel mani. I appreciated that she let me try swatches of different colors of polish when I couldn’t decide what I wanted. I also appreciated the ability to book online and quick service. Will definitely come back!
