I’ve been to Chantara several times now, and it’s honestly the best I’ve ever had! I tend to carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and back, and every time I go, she manages to find and get rid of all the knots and some of them I didn’t even know I had! She’s incredibly skilled, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making you feel better. The atmosphere is so relaxing, and I always leave feeling like lighter. If you’re looking for an effective massage in Norwich, I'd recommend having it at Chantara!

One of the BEST deep tissue massages in Norwich (and I’ve had so many)! Amelia is attentive and present throughout her treatments and the pressure she applies is literally perfect. I have extreme tension, knots and stress that gets built up and quite stagnant in my muscles and joints due to being a therapist myself and also on my feet all the time. I left the treatment floating away - I felt like a new woman! I must also add that Amelia’s massage table/bed is INCREDIBLE! I was comfy from the get go. Would highly recommend and will be returning again. Thanks Amelia - you saved me today!

Opted for a breathing space treatment during my pregnancy and came out feeling very relaxed. Really liked that there was an option to have the upper back and shoulder massage leaning forward rather than on my side as it allows you to breathe more deeply. Charlotte was amazing , truly the best massage I have ever had. Being heavily pregnant is so uncomfortable, but she made sure I was completely comfortable throughout and really listened to what I needed. The retreat is beautiful and welcoming, in a great location with easy parking, which makes the whole experience stress-free from start to finish. I left feeling incredibly grateful and relaxed. Had a lovely, much needed Thai combination massage after running a half marathon. I felt the tension in my shoulder and back released. The combination of the deep pressure and stretching was really good in targeting my muscle knots. Felt so good and relaxed afterwards. Worth the money and one of the best massages I've ever had. The tea and biscuits after was really lovely as well. Will definitely come back again!

This lady goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction, I had a lovely foot spa to begin and followed by a back , shoulder and leg massage,which was the best I've ever had , and even the bed was heated, there was no rush at all , and she really enjoys her work so much it's lovely to see , definitely a real gem of Norwich,and couldn't recommend her enough.
